Using this store

Product information, prices and availability may change. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and the order is confirmed for fulfilment. If stock, freight or delivery details cannot be confirmed, we may contact you before the order proceeds.

Prices, payment and delivery

The checkout shows the current order total and available payment methods. Freight is calculated from the products and delivery postcode. Products may be sent from different fulfilment locations and arrive separately.

Returns, faults and refunds

See the Help Centre before returning an item. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details used for your account and orders. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
